Us 2005

January

It's a new year already. Graeme is now 2 years old and in some ways entering his terrible twos. I'm not sure how I'm going to portray that in photos, but in the meantime here are some shots of us around the home.

February

We have some shots of Graeme running around in Waterdown's Memorial Park. But they'll be posted out of order in order to get the next group of shots up...

April 10

While we were looking at the new "Google Maps" satellite pictures, we noticed that there was a hidden pond along the edge between two fields, over near the YMCA.

We set out (new camera in hand) to investigate.

April 11-17

This is a collection of shots of us (okay, Graeme) over the course of the week. It includes his first bike riding attempts!

He hasn't mastered pedaling yet, but he really likes the idea of biking because he sees the local kids zipping up and down the street.

October 2nd

Graeme and Doug set out for a father-and-son hike which involved exploration, discovery, and adventure.

We explored abandoned roads, discovered that the harvester doesn't get all the corn, and threw sticks and stones into the pond.

Graeme was great - he walked almost the entire distance all by himself.

An excellent outing.

November 8th

Today we had our first ultrasound of the new baby. The tech was 70% sure she's a she. Very cool - we'll have the whole set!

She appears to have all her major parts. He heart was beating at about 150 bpm (I forget the exact number). All news is good news. This is getting exciting again!

Forecast due date: 07 April 2006.
